Warranty & Returns

LIMITED WARRANTY. America Coolers warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under intended use according to the Use & Care Instructions from the date of original receipt for a 1 year period. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted, unless caused during shipment and reported within 3 days of product delivery. Missing parts can be replaced free of charge. If your complimentary flag is missing, it must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

RETURNS. If you request a return on an undamaged cooler, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item(s) to our warehouse. Only new and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your cooler is deemed to be in used condition when returned, it will be shipped back and you will be charged a return shipping fee. If you would like to return a new and undamaged cooler, please contact us here. America Coolers is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Ice Retention Warranty

America Coolers will replace or fix your cooler if no ice is remaining after 3 days based on the following control procedures. Please note that we may require you to submit pictures of you performing the following control tests and provide us with the results. Ice retention is affected by many factors. The following are procedures that must be followed for a valid control testing.

Ice Retention Test Procedures

  1. Pre chill and prepare the cooler as outlined in our Use & Care Instructions Here

  2. Completely fill the cooler with ice, close and lock the lid shut.

  3. Place the cooler indoors at an average temperature of no more than 80 degrees.

  4. Lift the lid no more than twice a day and shut the cooler within 30 seconds of opening.

  5. After following all controls, your cooler should have some ice remaining after 3 days.

Normal wear and tear (including abrasions, chips and scratches, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction. Under no circumstance will America Coolers be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. America Coolers will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler should it fail to operate as advertised.

The Ice Retention Warranty is only valid for 45 days after delivery. If a warranty claim is made and it is determined that the returned item is not covered by the warranty, you will be charged a return shipping fee.

Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, NEITHER PARTY MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GRANTS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, AND EACH PARTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE VALIDITY OF ANY PATENTS OR THE NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

America Coolers will either repair or replace any broken or defective product. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE BUYER.
